Hi Kay, 70% …. that number says everything about how poorly tolerated these medications can be, and how little support most patients get in managing that. Joint pain on anastrozole is brutal and very real, not something to push through silently.
The shorter duration data is genuinely encouraging for lower-risk cases, and worth a real conversation with your oncologist if you haven't had one yet. I am rooting for you!
